No 4 Altamuskin Road, Sixmilecross, near Omagh, has been demolished. The building was a single-story house with a somewhat T-shaped plan. It had a slated roof with rendered gable ends and the walls were roughcast and painted white. A gabled porch with a bargeboard truss and pinnacle extended from the front. The front facade featured two double-hung windows with segmental arch hoods and margin panes; a double-hung window was also present in the porch, but lacked astrays. The front door, situated to the right of the porch, was a segmental arch-headed, glazed and panelled design. The house was approximately 35 feet wide. Originally the stationmaster’s house for a now-disused railway, it was likely constructed in the late 19th century. The survey card noted the building's condition as fair.
