This is a largely ruinous former house, dating from approximately 1820 to 1839. It is located on Culmore Road, Londonderry, and is now used as farm buildings. The building was noted as worthy of record in 1970, though very little of the original structure remains. The visible elements consist of ruinous gable walls and partly demolished flanking walls. Evidence of the original building includes some concrete block around altered openings. A 1972 survey described the building as a harled and whitened cottage with a slated roof and brick chimneys on each gable. It had four-pane sash windows to the north of the entrance and a pair of twelve-pane sashes to the south, and was noted as “run down”. The building appears on the 1830 Ordnance Sheet No. 14. The building is of vernacular character.
