This is a Victorian house located at 28 Culmore Point Road, Londonderry. It was initially assessed in 1972 as having sufficient character to be recorded, although not deemed worthy of full listing at that time. The building has since undergone significant renovation, diminishing its original historical and architectural character.

The house is a two-story, three-bay wide gabled structure with a slate roof. A full-length slate canopy, supported by timber columns, shelters the ground floor. A central front door is flanked by windows on either side, with three windows above. The ground floor front wall is faced with thin Culdaff stone facings, and there is a chimney in each gable. The windows are modern timber casements.

Historical records indicate a building was present at this location on an Ordnance Survey map from 1830, likely a single-story thatched house. An Ordnance Survey map from 1853 depicts a return, possibly representing the basis of the current structure. The 1972 record described the house as having a harled and colour-washed exterior, with chimneys rising from rendered gables. It featured a panelled door with pilasters, a radial elliptical fanlight, and 12-pane sash windows above.

The building is dated to between 1840 and 1859. It remains in private ownership and is currently used as a house.
