Sand /cement rendered blockwork barn of similar width and pitch as house 1.5m directly behind house. Four small sash windows unequally spaced along the rear facade of the house. No bed outshot. The building is situated in a dip in the small hills surrounding the Lynn river and is perpendicular to Windyhill Road 20 metres away. In a field to the west two well maintained gate posts with strap iron gate complement the setting.
