13-15 North Street, Belfast

This is a three-storey faience building constructed around 1925 in North Street, Belfast. It represents a relatively late example of this building type and, while of some local interest, is not considered exceptional. The building exhibits classical detailing, including giant order Ionic piers supporting a moulded cornice with large dentils. The ground floor has been substantially altered, featuring replacement shop fronts and entrance doors fitted with external roller shutters concealed behind signage. Steel casement windows are present on the first and second floors. The building is not listed, does not hold architectural interest, and does not hold historical interest.
