Description

The building at 37 Donegall Street, Belfast, was originally a two-storey, four-bay building. It may be a rebuild from a later date. At the time of the first survey in 1976, it was noted that the building had no particular architectural or historical significance. An image of the neighboring building, 35 Donegall Street, showed a three-story, four-bay building with a pitched roof and rendered walls, and an access way to the rear of 37 Donegall Street. However, no information was recorded relating to 37 Donegall Street itself during the first survey. The building has since been demolished and replaced by a three-storey rendered building. The site is not listed, possesses no architectural interest, and has no historical interest. This is a partial survey only.
