This is a three-storey building of four windows in width, located at 96-98 Ann Street, Belfast. The walls are rendered, and the building has a projecting bracketed cornice. The square-headed windows on the first and second floors have moulded architraves. The ground floor contains four windows and a side door, though the windows have been boarded over.
