Description

The listing relates to the remains of a three-story, multi-bay factory formerly located on Donegall Street, Belfast. The building was initially recorded in the First Survey, but was subsequently demolished, with the site now occupied by a car park. The surviving shell was constructed of brick and featured timber sliding sash windows which were unglazed. A partial record only was created.
