This is a block of four, three-storey, brick terraced houses located on Donegall Street, Belfast. Constructed in 1792, the buildings were originally each three windows wide with a front door to the north. The buildings have undergone refurbishment, resulting in the loss of significant historical fabric and detailing. The original window openings were flat-arched, and the doors featured round arches with rendered pilasters and architraves. Original windows were two-pane sashes. Two ground-floor levels previously had modern shopfronts, one of which was rendered. Modern shopfronts have been replaced to match the original door and window detailing; all windows have now been replaced with twelve-pane sashes. While possessing some local interest, the buildings are not considered to be among the finest examples of their type, and their architectural and historical value has been diminished by the extent of the renovations.
