Description

First Survey records indicate a two storey with attic multi-bay late Victorian building with Dutch-style gables on main elevation. Lower section at left with Dutch gable. Roof slated with gablets and chimneys. Walling red brick with mouldings around openings; windows timber 1/1 sash. Timber doors. Archway & gate at right. Demolished and replaced by two-storey housing.
