Carrick House, Lower Regent Street, Belfast, Co Antrim, BT13 1AL

Carrick House was a late Victorian, two-storey building with an attic, originally a multi-bay structure situated on Lower Regent Street, Belfast. The main elevation featured Dutch-style gables, with a lower section on the left also incorporating a Dutch gable. The roof was slated, with gablets and chimneys. The walls were constructed of red brick with mouldings around the openings, and the windows were timber, with 1/1 sash glazing. Timber doors were also original features. An archway and gate were located on the right-hand side. The building has since been demolished and replaced with two-storey housing. This record is based on a partial survey and the building is not listed for its architectural or historical interest.
