This is a three-storey commercial building constructed around 1954 in a traditional style. The building has a tiled mansard roof, brickwork to the upper floors, and rock-faced stone to the ground floor. The symmetrical front elevation features three windows across each floor. There are three dormers in the roof, and flat-arched windows to the first and second floors. Modern shop fronts are located either side of a flat-arched doorway. The building remains unaltered, although it is considered to have limited architectural merit. This is a record only, and the building is not listed. The extent of the record is partial, and no architectural or historical interest has been identified.
