Description

This is a late Edwardian detached house, built around the early 1900s. It is two storeys high and has a symmetrical three-bay front. The house is constructed of red brick. A key original feature is the front door, which includes coloured glass and an elephant door knocker. Although well-designed, the house represents a fairly common house type found in Belfast. It is located within the Malone Lower conservation area. It is currently used as a house and was formerly used as a house.
