This is a two-storey, detached house built in the inter-war period. The house is constructed of red and brown brick, notable for its two-storey bow window. In 2017, original crittle windows were present, but these have since been replaced with uPVC windows. The building is situated within the Malone Lower conservation area. It is not currently listed, nor does it possess significant architectural or historical interest.
