Description

6 Randal Park is a Queen Anne revival style red brick villa built in 1885. Originally a house, it is now divided into multiple apartments, significantly altering the original plan. The surrounding setting has also been modified, with the addition of flat-roofed apartments on the southwest side. The building is located within the Malone Lower townland and lies within a conservation area, though it is not itself a listed building. A partial survey was undertaken which determined the building is not of sufficient architectural or historical interest to warrant a full survey.
