Description
This is an Edwardian detached house of two storeys, located on Cranmore Avenue in the Malone Lower townland of Belfast. The exterior is painted roughcast. The front door incorporates coloured leaded glass, and a porch has a leaded glass screen. The front elevation features tripartite windows throughout, with the exception of a bay window that incorporates engaged colonnettes at the corners. A flat-roofed modern extension exists to the rear of the property. The house is of fairly standard design for the Malone ward. It is located within a conservation area but is not itself listed.
