This is an Edwardian detached house located on Cranmore Avenue in the Malone Lower townland of Belfast. The building is painted roughcast to the first floor and brick to the ground floor. It has battered chimneys and a natural slate roof. Original features include a timber door screen and timber sash windows in an Edwardian style. The design is fairly standard for houses in the Malone ward. It is located within a conservation area. A partial survey was undertaken, as the building is not considered to be of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey.
