Description

32 Marlborough Park South is a house located in the Malone Upper townland of Belfast, within the Marlborough Park South conservation area. It was formerly and is currently used as a house. A partial survey was undertaken, but the building was determined to not be of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey. Since the scoping exercise, the original windows have been replaced with uPVC and a two-storey extension has been added to the rear, as detailed in planning application LA04/2020/2066/F. It is not a listed building.
