This is a house located at 30 Marlborough Park South, Belfast, in the Malone Upper townland. It was originally used as a house and continues to be used as one. While possessing good design qualities, its architectural significance is intrinsically linked to its presence as part of an intact pair of houses. Due to this relationship, it is considered appropriate to offer a degree of protection. A partial survey was conducted, as a full survey was not deemed necessary.
