Description

This is a three-storey red brick warehouse building located on Hill Street, Belfast. The building is symmetrical, with a three-bay elevation featuring full-height brick piers and Diocletian windows. The ground floor originally had a central through arch and blocked-up windows. The building has undergone refurbishment, resulting in the loss of much historic fabric and the replacement of the original windows. It is understood this building is not of sufficient merit to warrant a full survey, and is not listed for its architectural or historical interest.
