Description
The building is a two-storey office block constructed in 1924, with a rear extension added in 1960. It has full-height vertical glazing between red brick panels, and a stone plinth that rises above some windows and doors to form an architrave. The entrance is set within a large semi-circular recess, with bays on either side containing three windows. The building is not listed and possesses neither architectural nor historical significance. It is noted that the survey is partial.
