Description

This is a four-storey building dating from the mid to late 19th century. It was located on Waring Street, Belfast, County Antrim. The building had a pitched slate roof, rendered walls with rusticated quoins to the ground floor. It presented a symmetrical frontage, originally with seven windows, though one ground-floor window had been replaced by a doorway. A wide central entrance was accentuated by ornate framing above the windows. The building has been demolished and replaced by a modern apartment block. The listing record notes that it is not listed and has no particular architectural or historical interest. This listing is based on a partial survey only.
