Description
This is a single-storey vernacular house located on Drumanphy Road, Portadown, Craigavon, County Armagh. The building was initially surveyed during the First Survey but not listed. A partial survey was conducted during the Second Survey, deemed insufficient to warrant a full survey due to a lack of significant interest. The house has been refurbished in recent decades, with the original thatch roof replaced with tiles and the timber sash window frames replaced with PVC. It was formerly used as a thatched house and is currently in residential use.
