This is a small, unusually narrow, two-storey house likely dating from around 1850. It is situated within a mixed terrace in Lurgan, within the townland of Aghnacloy. The building has been thoroughly refurbished in recent years, resulting in the loss of much of its original fabric. It was originally and remains in use as a terraced house. A partial survey was taken, but a full survey was not considered necessary due to the building's limited architectural interest.
