Description

Site, near the W end of the S side of Court Street, of former two storey terrace house. The house was probably constructed in the 1840s and had an ‘Ards’ doorway, sash windows and a slated gabled roof, but was demolished some time between 1972 and 1978. The site is now partly taken up with a small, single storey, flat roofed shop, constructed in 1978. First Survey Report. '2 storey house. Roof slated. Chimneys rendered. Wall rendered, lined and painted. Bevel base. 3 first floor double/hung windows, Georgian panes. Gd floor has lintolled coachway with sheeted door. Then Ards doorway with 5 course archivolt and keystone on blocked pillasters, plain fanlight and pannelled door and double/hung window as above. Condition fair. Frontage about 25 feet.'
