Site (to the W of the Scrabo Road c.1 mile SW of Newtownards) of former single storey vernacular terrace consisting of four dwellings with mainly sash windows, a slated roof and doors with plain surrounds. The general site is now occupied by a modern dwelling, built c. late 1980s. First Survey Report: Single storey terrace of 4 houses. Roof slated. Gable ends. Chimneys, brick , stone and concrete blocks. Walls grey roughcast. Front of main block has - window - door - window -door - window - door - window - door - window. Ist, 2nd and 4th windows double/hung horizontal astragals. 3rd window double/hung, no astragals. 5th window, recent steel casement. All doorways have plain stone surrond and sheeted door. Stone platform in front - nil to about 2ft 6in high on ground slope. Shed at left hand end and small shed backset at righthand end. Condition fair for main block and frontage about 80ft.
