Description
Dillons is a late 18th-century and early 19th-century farmhouse, now a house. It is rendered to resemble ashlar, with a nipped slate roof and overhanging eaves. A soffit board runs along the eaves, and a brick stack is located on the right side. The building has an L-shaped plan with a service wing in the angle.
The front elevation is two storeys high and three bays wide. First-floor windows are 9-pane sashes, while ground-floor windows are 16-pane sashes flanking a central semi-circular headed entrance. The entrance surround is raised with a keystone and impost, and features an Adam-style fanlight above a restored late 18th-century style door with decorative panels. A two-bay return to the right also has sash windows.
