Description
The Slade family chest tomb is located in the churchyard about 6 meters south of the chancel of the Church of All Saints. This chest tomb dates from the early 18th century and is made of Ham stone. It features a ledger top with a moulded cornice and raised and fielded panels. The north and south fronts have end pilasters and are divided horizontally into three panels. The south side has an illegible inscription, while the north side is inscribed to Simon Slade, who died in 1727.
