Description
This is an unidentified chest tomb from the 17th century, located in the churchyard of the Church of St Mary, one metre east of the chancel. It is made of sandstone and features a flat top with a cyma recta moulded cornice. The tomb is deeply sunk into the ground and leans towards the south. It is part of a notable group of 17th-century chest tombs in the churchyard.
