Description

The Grabham family chest tomb, dating from the late 18th century, is located about 31 meters east of the entrance to the former churchyard. This chest tomb is made of stone and features a ledger top, a deeply chamfered cornice, and a deeply chamfered plinth. It has raised and fielded panels on the north and south sides, with the east and west ends set flush. The north side is inscribed to a member of the Grabham family. This tomb is one of a pair of Grabham monuments situated closest to the churchyard entrance.
