Description
Sunny Hill Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse dating probably from the early 19th century. It is constructed of local grey lias stone, squared and cut, with a Welsh slate roof behind stepped coped gables. The farmhouse has stone chimney stacks. The original part has two storeys and three bays, featuring small-pane casement windows of two lights, each set beneath a timber lintol. A central part-glazed door is set within an open Doulting stone porch with Doric columns, a plain entablature, and a flat roof, lacking pilasters. A 20th-century extension exists on the north gable, extending eastward and not considered of particular architectural interest. The interior has not been inspected.
