Description
Pen Mill Cottage is a cottage, likely dating to the 19th century. It was originally comprised of three dwellings. The construction uses local greensand large stone rubble, with a clay pantile roof featuring plain gables, and brick chimney stacks at the ends and between the bays. The cottage is two storeys high and has an irregular arrangement of windows across four bays. These windows are mostly 2- and 3-light casements with small panes. However, the window in the upper right-hand corner is a small 4-pane sash window, flanked by two casement lights. A 6-panel door is set within a 20th-century stone and tile porch located between the second and third bays.
