Description
The former stable block, located about 18 metres south of Court Farmhouse, is likely from the 18th century and is now used as a store and garage. It is constructed of ham stone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped with a corrugated asbestos cement sheet roof that features high stepped coped gables, indicating it may have originally had a thatched roof, complete with simple finials. The west elevation has two storeys and three bays. On the ground floor, there is a central segmental arched doorway, a part-shuttered window to the left, and a simple boarded door to the right. Above, there is a loft door in the first bay and a semi-circular arched window in the second bay. The interior has not been seen.
