Description

Sunny View is a 17th-century cottage located in Gurney Slade, Binegar. The building is rendered and colourwashed with a double Roman tile roof and features two 19th-century brick stacks. It stands two storeys high and has three bays, with two- and three-light edge-moulded stone mullioned windows on the ground floor, which are adorned with a continuous hood mould. The central door opening has an edge-moulded stone surround and contains a plank door with a glazed panel. The attached Sunnyside Cottage is noted as not being of special interest.
