Description

No. 10 Great Ostry is a house dating from around 1750. It is constructed of rubble with rough quoins and features a modern pantile roof and a rubble stack. The building has a two-span roof and an asymmetrical facade. It is two storeys high and has two bays with stone mullioned windows, which consist of two and three lights; the ground floor windows have a hollow moulded design. There is a door opening on the left with a plain stone surround, featuring a half-glazed late 19th-century door and a wooden hood with a cornice above it. To the left side of the building, there is a two-light mullioned window, and a single light opening is present in the gable.
