Description

The Red Lion Hotel is an inn built around 1800. It features a rendered exterior with a tiled roof and coped verges on the left side, along with brick stacks. The building is three stories high and has four bays. On the ground floor, there are tripartite sash windows set in reveals, with a string course directly above. The first floor has one tripartite window on the left side, while the other windows are 12-light sashes. The second bay from the left has a wide square-headed door opening, which is flanked by Tuscan pilasters that support an entablature, with 20th-century doors. The building is finished with a moulded eaves cornice.
