CHIPSTABLE CP RADDINGTON ST 02 NW 1/14 Barn, about lOOm - east of Rectory GV Farmhouse

Barn. Late C18-early C19 possibly incorporating earlier structure. Random rubble local stone, hipped slate roofs continued as catslides on returns. Plan: double threshing barn, lean-tos on returns, 3-bay C20 addition of breeze block piers and corrugated asbestos roof not included. Walls project out either sides of full height double doors to form porches. Interior: late C18-early C19 collar beam roof, walls apparently raised slightly when reroofed indicating possibly and earlier structure. Included primarily for group value.
