Farmhouse. Early C19. Brick, slate roof in 2 sections, wide eaves to right section, coped verge to left, 4 brick stacks. Two storeys, 3:2 bays, to left 3-light casements with glazing bars, brick voussoirs, to right 16-pane sash windows, brick voussoirs. Door opening between the 2 halves, plank door. Ornamental iron railings to forecourt on rubble plinth, gateway with squared rubble piers in conforming style, gate. Further broad gateway to right.
