Description
The Manor House is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on Folly Road in Kingsbury Episcopi. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof divided into two sections, with wide eaves on the right section and a coped verge on the left. The house has two storeys and is arranged in a 3:2 bay configuration. On the left side, there are three-light casements with glazing bars and brick voussoirs, while the right side has 16-pane sash windows also with brick voussoirs. A door opening is situated between the two halves, featuring a plank door. The forecourt is enclosed by ornamental iron railings set on a rubble plinth, with a gateway that includes squared rubble piers in a matching style and a gate. There is also a broader gateway to the right.
