Description
The forecourt railings at the Post Office date from the 18th century and enclose the roadside area. They are set on a dressed Hamstone plinth and consist of simple iron railings topped with spear caps, with acanthus finials placed at intervals. The design includes a gateway featuring paired gates that match the style of the railings, making it a notable roadside feature.
