Description

Veda Cottage and Home Farm Cottage is a pair of cottages featuring elements from the 17th and 19th centuries. The buildings are constructed of brick, with some sections made of coursed rubble and dressed stone, and are topped with thatch and a coped verge. They have two brick stacks and are single storey with an attic, consisting of one bay on the left and two bays on the right. The windows include 2, 3, and 4-light casements with glazing bars, except for a 4-light stone-mullioned window with a label located to the left of the ground floor. The first-floor windows are set beneath bonnet hoods. There are two door openings framed with wooden architraves; on the left is a 20th-century panelled door, and on the right is a plank door.
