Description

Wilton Cottage is a possibly mid-19th century lodge located on the west edge of Vivary Park. It features a triple-gabled design with whitewashed brick. The central section of the cottage projects slightly forward and has a decorative tile roof, while the side sections are covered with slate roofs. The cottage is adorned with curved and fretted bargeboards and plain pilasters on the central section. On the ground floor, there are blocked pointed arches in the wings, with original casement windows to the right. The centre gable displays a St Andrew's cross within a shield. Additionally, there are brick gatepiers at the front, topped with ball finials.
