Description
St Vincent House, with its former coach house located 25 metres northwest of the house, has origins dating back to the 17th century. The house is built from roughly coursed local stone and features clay double Roman tiles with asbestos cement cloaked verges, along with a nearly central brick chimney stack. It is two stories high and has three bays. The central entrance includes a boarded door set in a heavy frame. The windows are four-light timber casements with timber lintels, except for the third bay on the ground floor, which has a four-light hollow chamfer mullioned window without a label. The interior has not been seen. The former coach house, likely from the 18th century, is located to the northwest of the house and has a brick wall and a hipped plain clay tile roof. The house was formerly the Rectory of St Vincent's Church.
