Description

The walls and railings to the Wesleyan Methodist Church were built around 1887. The site is bordered by a low wall made of limestone rubble, topped with plinth capping and featuring railings. These railings consist of wide inverted semicircles that contain leaf-like wrought-iron spearheads at the center, fixed on the plinth between uprights that have similar designs at the top. There are two sets of double gates that follow this same design and have plain railings at the bases.
