Description
The Laurels (22A) and the attached railings to Nos 22A and 26 are three houses built around 1840. They are constructed from Ham Hill stone ashlar and feature a slate roof, which is tarred on the right side, along with stepped stone coping and brick stacks at the gable ends and the central party wall. The right-hand house, No.22A, is two storeys tall and has a symmetrical three-window arrangement. It has steps leading up to a late 19th-century six-panel door with bolection moulding and an overlight with two hexagonal panes. All the windows in this house are 6/6-pane sashes. Nos 24 and 26 are also two storeys high with a symmetrical three-window range, featuring paired 20th-century doors at the centre and 6/6-pane horned sashes. The interior has not been inspected. Additionally, there are early 19th-century spearhead railings in front of The Laurels (No.22A) and No.26.
