Description
St Katherine's Lodge is a detached house built in the 19th century, designed in the style of the 17th century. It features cut and squared ham stone with ashlar dressings and a Welsh slate roof that has coped gables. The building has two storeys and three bays. The windows are volo-mould mullioned, set in chamfered recesses with separate labels; the outer bays have four-light windows, while the upper bay two has a two-light window. The lower bay two includes a moulded cambered-arched doorway with a label, leading to a studded boarded door accessed by three steps. There are matching windows on the east and west gables, as well as at the rear, which also has a lean-to garage against the rear wall. The interior has not been seen.
