Description

This is a stable and granary built in the 18th century, located about 6 metres north of Brufords. The building is constructed from red sandstone random rubble with brick dressings and features a steeply pitched triple Roman tiled roof. It is two storeys high and has four bays. The first floor on the right has fixed light windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor on the centre left has two segmental-headed stable doors, with a loft above on the first floor left. There is a single-storey, two-bay projection on the right, which includes one stable door and the other side filled with 20th-century windows and concrete blocks. The right return elevation has a weather-boarded gable end. This building is listed for its group value with Brufords.
