Description
This chest tomb, located 5 metres south of the south door of the chancel at the Church of Saint Peter, is likely from the early 18th century. It is made of Ham stone and has a rectangular shape. The tomb features a sunken base, plain panels, and corner pilasters, with a worn flat top that has coving. The inscriptions on the tomb are very worn, but one date may be read as either 1717 or 1737.
