Description
The Carer monument is located in the churchyard about 4 meters south of the porch of the Church of All Saints. This chest tomb dates from the late 16th century and is made of Ham stone. It features a cavetto moulded plinth, plain slab sides, and a deep cyma recta moulding on the flat top. The monument commemorates John Carer, who died in 1599, and his wife Joan, who died in 1626.
