Description

This is an early 19th-century farmhouse with attached outbuildings. The farmhouse is constructed of Flemish bond brickwork, with hipped and gabled roofs covered in plain tiles, double-Roman tiles, and glazed pantiles. It has brick stacks.

The garden front of the farmhouse has two storeys and a symmetrical design of three bays plus a one-bay extension. It features 12-pane and 16-pane sash windows, each with a wedge-shaped lintol emphasised by a prominent key. The central door opening also has a similar lintol and features paired, half-glazed doors. A secondary door is located to the right, with a semi-circular head, a 6-panelled door, and a fanlight with radiating glazing bars.

A range of outbuildings extends to the west of the farmhouse. The garden front of these buildings has 2-light casement windows and sash windows with glazing bars. An external staircase is positioned at the rear, leading to a first-floor door opening. A further outbuilding angles away from the west end, incorporating a cambered throughway with an emphasised key and a door opening with a segmental head. This door has a key and a divided plank door. The remaining attached outbuildings are not of particular architectural interest.
