Description

No. 12 Chamberlain Street is an early 19th-century house in a row. The exterior is rendered and colourwashed, with a Welsh slate roof between coped gables and brick chimney stacks. It is a two-story house with attics, and has three bays. The front has a plinth and plain sash windows with mouldings to the sash boxes, set in plain openings. The central bay features an entrance with a six-panel door, a rectangular fanlight, a plain panelled architrave, and a flat hood supported by brackets. Two flat-roofed dormers are set into the roof, each containing a two-light small-pane casement window. The interior was not inspected.
