Description

Southville Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on the north side of Wells Road in Wedmore. The building features a roughcast exterior with end pilasters and a triple Roman tile roof that has coped verges and 20th-century brick stacks. It has a symmetrical front with two storeys and three bays, each fitted with 12-pane sash windows. The central door opening contains a two-panelled door with two small glazed lights above it, and is adorned with a "tent" canopy hood supported by twin turned columns. To the right, there is a single-storey outshut with a pent roof and a two-light casement window.
